Well I finally got under the dashboard and had a look around. The motor comes out in about 1 minute but after that it becomes a real hassle. Getting that cooling unit out is a heckuva project that I'm not sure I'm up to, you can't even see some of the screws that hold things in. I'm just going to pull the drain hose again and this time I'll stick a long pipe cleaner up there and see if it maybe unblocks whatever is causing the water to back up and run onto the passengers feet. Maybe I should stick the compressor spray nozzle in there and give it couple of shots...
