I've used this before and it definitely helps. Now if the spoiler is warped bad enough that's another story but that adhesion promoter is cheap enough to give a shot.
The installer said they used the 3m adhesion promoter. I got in contact with 3DCarbon and they think the problem may be that both shops did not leave a small gap between the tape on the ends of the spoiler and the tape running along the middle parts.

I am going to reinstall soon and hopefully it stays this time.
