I am not that good to feel a difference between one click, but can definitely feel the difference in car behavior if I go by two clicks. 
The car feels solid on the track, lots of mechanical grip, everyone who rides with me compliments how good the car feels. The car is very neutral the way I have it set up.

I am running RCE Tarmac II's with 400/400 springs
Code Monkey's car was very neutral, stable and had a lot of grip. Very similar levels to my RCE setup and just a tad bit firmer.
MCS makes a nice coil over!
