For the curious, I used a DIY version of the Cusco bushing removal tool using a short piece of 2" PVC pipe and a 3/8" threaded rod with some nuts and washers. A big c-clamp was helpful as well to press the old bushing out all the way and press the new bushing in (the outer poly part slides in by hand, but the inner metal part needs to be pressed in).


I just used a socket and a crappy 2 jaw puller.
