I had a friend who drove his 2002 WRX for a year before paying out about $9,000 for a built engine, rotated GTX3071r setup, etc. Made about 440WHP.
Within a week he smashed another car because he was trying to show off with friends in car, gave it the beans, and couldn't slow down enough with those tiny brakes to avoid rear-ending a car that was slowing down for traffic.
I agree that more than 400 on a street car is too much for most people, and also terribly frustrating to try and limit when you're on narrow winding roads.
