one fender looks far more bowed than the other though... which would account for the 1/2 difference. I would argue the likelihood of the suspension being off would be far less than a wide-body fender being off. Especially considering you have been replacing suspension parts and alignment is checking out.

Also, .3 is a pretty large difference in toe.
