CONSIDER THIS - Toyota is struggling to keep up with demand of this popular vehicle. Pressure is on the manufacturing process including Toyota's Suppliers.

Lets say the company that supplies the wheels has a maximum capacity of 500,000 wheels a year. At 5 Alloys per car - 100,000 cars which is Toyota's current capacity. This may be the only thing stopping them from increasing production.

Toyota decides that instead of supplying 5 Alloys per car - Lets supply four. All of a sudden the Wheel manufacturers 500,000 wheels can supply 125,000 vehicles so toyota can increase production by 25000 cars a year.

Is it starting to sound a little better now???
