I run 4.56 on a 2013 MT. At 80MPH I am at 4K RPM... does not bother me in the least and I often think I should have gone 4.88. If you are driving 65MPH, it is about 3200-3300 RPM.
Opinions differ, but not exactly screaming... it is only about a 11% RPM increase over stock.
And BTW - Although a bit of a hassle to import, my 4.56 gears are Toyota OEM from a Crown!
