0.19 inches total rear toe (0.44 degrees!) is IMO too much. People always say it "adds stability" but in my experience more than *just a smidge* causes the rear to be unstable when you want the car to go straight, and gives understeer when you want it to turn in. And kills tire life. Sucks for *everything*.

Have them knock rear toe-in down to about 0.1 *degrees* total, or 0.04 inches total.

Also worth noting that brand new rear tires at full tread depth will have noticeably more tread squirm, which could be part of what you're feeling.
