That guy's piston size numbers are wrong for the stock front caliper as are his effective radius numbers so that whole chart has some issues.

I have what I think is a slightly better one. My numbers for stock brakes are about 65:35.

With EBD, it is less relevant. They system adjusts front and rear pressures based on wheelspeed, before a more traditional ABS would need to intervene to prevent lockup.
