Yes that's how I made it. I had to use some sealer on the nipple threads to get it to pass the vacuum test. The TMAP has an o-ring and it's a very tight fit. The Edelbrock hole is 12mm (.472 inch) but since I don't have metric bits, I used 15/32 (.46875 inch).
Also removed a bit of unnecessary plastic because ...weight reduction. Plus I got to re-thread my crooked hole.
