This, 1 million percent. There are so many facets of expertise and skill that are required for it to go well, let alone the expenses and luck involved. Even if you were to try and swap a carbureted 350, one of the most basic ass engines into an FRS/BRZ, it'd be so much work. SO MUCH.
The swap does not end at "Ok, I want to do this and so because I want to, I can."
Square peg into round hole doesn't begin to cover it. More like squeezing an orange through the eye of a needle and intending for it to look like an orange at the end.
