Any muffler shop could do that. You could also change resonator type to something like a moroso spiral flow or slp bullet (just for reference of type, not necessarily able to work) so that it didnt have packing at all. Vibrant, magnaflow etc all have a multitude of resonator shapes and sizes.

i plan on putting a jdl ultra quiet in eventually so i'm look at it with the endoscope from that end and see what happens. unless im blowing out a bunch more pack before that i guess
