Good choice since you can already buy a lot of aftermarket parts with $2.7k that will improve the performance of your car like UEL catted headers ($1.2k from ft86 speedfactory) & OFT tune ($650) that will kill the torque dip & add HP & torque. Instead of TRD intake, I suggest that you get Crawford Performance Intake Manifold Spacer/Billet Power Block that will really add hp & torque by adding volumetric air inflow, & will completely kill the torque dip together w/ the headers & OFT tune. TRD exhausts are prone to droning & aftermarket exhausts don't add much hp & are also police magnet. You can upgrade your stock exhaust tips to the JDM ones instead which are longer & prettier & keeps the noise level down & legally compliant.
