I like the build quality and catless UEL sound samples of the Perrin 2.5 resonated. Tips look right to me as well. I'm having trouble finding good Gruppe S/Nameless set up clips to sample. It's hard to gauge loudness from sound clips, but if this is what a UEL header sounds like with a catted header, the Nameless may be too loud for me on a street car:
Wonder how much I could expect to recoup on the Nameless with <2K miles on it? Houston is a good local market for used parts. I'm able to avoid shipping on larger pieces...Good as the Perrin sounds, I'd prefer not to sink another $1K into the new exhaust, if I don't have to...Is there a resonated mid pipe that could tame down the Nameless to sound more like the Perrin? This mid pipe would be close to a wash, factoring in selling the Nameless for the full Perrin catback.
