These, 30 lbs./side for bi-tri-shoulder-wrist work, go more for reps than exhaustion. At my age adding muscle mass is difficult without supplements so I focus on trying to maintain mass, such as it is, through reps and diet.

Not that I know what I'm doing, it's a comfy routine I've done for years and need to maintain weight since I like to cook and eat well plus everything fits into a spare bedroom.
