Catless header enjoy less overlap (less cam advance, less cam retard) at high rpm while catted like more overlap.. but again no big deal
but keep in mind that when boosted, this kind of exhaust upgrades are more effective than on a NA car, it s pretty noticeable if well tuned

I still have a catted stock header (just upgraded to 2017+). Only the second cat was removed. I have edited my previous post to mention my experience with one of those tuners. I don't have the patience to go through that again. JR provides a really great tune from the beginning anyway. I want to stick with it.
