I had this issue reoccur on me as well, in my S2000.

To be honest, at the time I was broke and in college and wasn't keeping up with the brake fluiid changes so when the first one happened, I was not surprised. But within a year or so after replacing the caliper with a refurb, and flushing fluid, the same thing happened again where it seized and caused wheel heat. Are you buying new calipers or refurbs? I am wondering if the refurb process is flawed because I was surprised for it to happen again after putting in fresh fluid.
