You live in a big enough city that there must be dozens of places that CAN do a swap. I doubt many people here are familiar with the area, so you might want to try the regional forums.

There is a lot of unknowns:

--What engine? This will make a difference. LT4 built crate motor? Stock 3sge?

--What is this to be used for? Daily driver or track only?

--Canbus integration or not?

--ECU preference?

This can go on and on forever...

I suggest you figure out what your total budget is and what your goal is for your car then see if those two things are congruent, and if so, then determine what you can do within those parameters.
