Assuming not just swapping in different FA20, but doing a 2jz or k swap.

Set aside 30k$
Say good bye to your car since you wont see it again for 3 months.
Ship it to pure automotive
And enjoy once shipped back.

Paying an extra 2k$ in shipping (or however much two way shipping is) will be more than made up by having a reputable shop who has done this several times on our platform do this compared to having a random local shop, possibly even cheaper too.
