May be the rubber seal on the steering shaft that's squeeking.

My '17 does it occasionally, I've seen a lot of customer cars do it, sometimes a bit of silicon based lube does the thing, sometimes not, I'm not even bothering with mine, it's not even worth bending down under the dash.
