Steering creek

I started getting a steering creek/squeak when ever turned my steering wheel. I thought it was the Perrin lockdown bushings that had installed (3 weeks ago) that caused it. So I jacked up the car yesterday and seems the bolts weren't tightened down fully. The sound has left the driver side but still can hear it when I turn to the right every now and again.

I'm wondering if this might be a tie rod issue? Also the car pulls to right a little. So an alignment came to mind but not sure that would fix what I'm assuming. Also car feels bouncy. Not sure if it's because I'm still using winter tires.

Let me know what you guys think. Thanks.
