Yeah definitely, and same with me toward them. I just think being 100% virtual doesn't really help matters with that kinda thing.

I'm actually pretty good at separating "work relationships" and outside friendships.

It's more about just being able to gain mutual respect for each other and then use that to build ways to communicate about work. That way you know you can go to them or vice versa for work-related issues if you need help/advice/etc.
