They're a Fortune 500 company and very staff focused, they want to keep the staff but I feel that they may consider furloughing staff..
Getting good staff once they're gone is a very expensive exercise that I'm sure they won't want to play out.

Yeah I got a 25% pay cut and a shitty schedule but 85% of our pilots got furloughed so I guess I should be thankful?
