I'm jonesing to grind something. I have a bag of top sirloin roasts. I think I'll grind one up for burgers. It is a little lean so maybe I'll add a couple slices of bacon in the grind.
My mom said she wanted to get me the pasta rollers/cutters, but that thing is crazy expensive.
