Even though our schedules haven't really changed, my wife and I have been more deliberate about cooking and enjoying our food lately. We're both foodies anyway, but now it feels as if we're giving the covid our middle fingers by choosing to cook and eat the same foods we usually do. My wife works in health care and I'm a student with a kidney transplant. We isolate as much as we can, but we're choosing to not worry about things we have no control over.
