so as is expected, the newest and least useful guy has performed a spectacular job of removing half of the the tools off the truck to misplace them throughout the shop, and thrown away many parts that will be needed in the coming weeks.

he also took it upon himself to 'wash' the entire interior with pure bleach. it nearly burned my eye's just walking into the shop.

Oh, I suggest you just keep your van locked and tell the new guy he just did it a few hours ago - just mark it off his list -
