My boss seems to think people that work slow are detailed

So he asked me to have this "detail oriented" employee check some parts for me. One of our manufacturers builds this part with retaining pins that are riveted to a plate. Some of the pins are loose which is bad. She went through and checked them all and said they all had loose pins, 700+ pieces. I grabbed the first part and it was tight, next part was tight, ect.

Ended up rechecking the entire lot and most of them are good
