Definitely not plug and play. I spent many hours looking online regarding the differences and concluded you have to take apart the timing cover and many other things to swap parts.

I came upon this video, and its very very detailed. Guy uses 2019 engine but swaps over all the 2013 components to make it work. Worth watching if you have the time and need to do the swap.
