I tried with 200F/100C for about 20minutes, thats what went well for the OEM's. But on the VLand the sealant is still firm at that temperature.

So can i go higher? Let's say up to 300F/150C. Or could i damage the headlight? I already see that the black plastic has not that oem quality.
I do not own a oven this size, but i made a chamber out of cardboard and heat up the inside with a heatgun. There is no direct air flow on the light.
But still no way to pry without too much bending...
