Those look like Spyder headlights with the BRZ OEM HIDs, which is obvious from the round, silver-looking cap and ballasts. It is hard to tell, but there is normally a silver ballast box on the side of the headlights that operate the DRLs, which seems to be missing. The following are some pictures of a D4S HID kit and the Spyder headlights:
