Not even gonna bother with the 2017+ motors since there a ton of work involved and i just want to get the car running. Then i’ll probably build a engine and slap the turbo back on

If the 2016 engine is complete you shouldn't need anything from the '13, it will bolt in and run perfectly. As a bonus you'll get the updated coil packs/harness. Just remember that there are some minor actual part #/harness connector differences between the two engines, so when you go to get engine parts be sure to look up parts for a 2016 not a 2013.
