These are the ones I am considering through Subispeed:

STI JDM Short Shifter (6MT)
https://www.subispeed.com/sti-short-...-6mt-2013-ft86
(is a Subaru part, from what I understand, and may be the same as above)

FT-86 Speedfactor Short Throw Shifter

recommended addition of MTEC Shift Spring Kit
https://www.subispeed.com/mtec-shift-spring-kit
I would avoid the FT86 Speedfactory version, myself and other members on here have purchased it and had issues. Mine rattled constantly, and the reverse lockout would strike the retainer plate bolts. Even if I was holding the lockout up to avoid the bolt, the shifting was overly stiff. Another member had the "ball" come loose.

The MTEC springs and a polyurethane shifter stay bushing improve the feel of the stock shifter, notably the centering return and engagement into the gears. I'd suggest trying that combo before buying a shifter. If you want to take it a step further, the shift lever bushings can be replaced as well. https://www.rallysportdirect.com/par...tainer-bushing

There was a new part number for the shifter for 17+ models, but I've yet to read if there is actually a difference.
