Yeah, he is a carpenter by trade so he tends to go all out on his home projects. He just bought two acres and is building his wife's dream house on it. I feel bad for him now though, he just had a renter move and they left behind a mess. Dog shit all over the inside of the house
How does a married couple with KIDS live like that
I am evicting renters and remodeling that house once it goes empty. That is going to take most of my money for the year. They have lived there for 17 years and smoked inside the whole time. So it will be a full gut, and likely a roof
So it will be autoX instead of track days for me this year.
