Hey everyone. Sorry for the late reply (haven't been on here since i parked my car for the winter). I ended up confronting the owner to which he initially denied any wrong doing. He eventually agreed to the fact that he did rev my car but "only to 2-3k". It was very evident that he smacked the limiter (i know what my car sounds like in person and on video considering ive had it for 2 years) yet he persistently denied ever going that high. Any further discussion with him was useless. I paid in full and did NOT leave any review online. This due to the fact that it is a relatively small town (30k pop) and we own a business here so less drama/tension the better off in the long run. Definitely will not be going there again.
