Yes you could make a dedicated E30 tune.
As well as fueling you mght as well add some ignition timing to take advantage of the higher octane rating.
You could likely run E30 without a tune but you would have high positiove fuel trims about 15% and you wouldnt be taking advantage of higher octane rating
