decided to just go with the 17+ roll connector and grab a cheap 17+ limited dash harness. Will hopefully be getting them installed next weekend. Working on pulling the necessary wires from the 17+ harness now. Need AU Gnd, AU1, AU2, DP1, DP2, EAU, Ill+, and Ill-. So, an update. Got it installed this past weekend, had to get the mileage on the odometer changed but other than that worked like a charm. Have the stock 2015 head unit so can control the songs and source but volume control isn't working. However all controls for the gauge cluster work perfectly. For ILL+ and ILL- they are just spliced together on the 2017 car so I ended up splicing them into the ILL+ and ILL- wires on the clock connector and it works perfectly.
Only other thing is I messed up the steering angle sensor when removing the old wheel so just bought a techstream cable to do a recalibration and hopefully that will fix it.
