So I greased up the clutch fork as much as I could. Had a tough time getting past the rubber boot.
I also greased up the cylinder inside the footwell as best I could. Wasn't too hard to find the right one by pushing the clutch pedal in.
Took a drive this morning, and didn't hear any issues. Since this is an intermittent thing I'm not fully convinced it's good, so I'll continue to monitor it.
