i was never in the military, but i have a bs in ex science and a CSCS like you. when it comes to simple exercises for anyone, anywhere, i have a hard time thinking of an exercise tops the infamous burpee. it does not get any more fudamental than hitting the ground then jumping in the air. 100 for time is a blast.
