So drilled down the ebrake to save .5 lb of it, new handle added .25lb back on.
While I had everything apart was able to take over .25 off the brackets for the ebrake lines/ removed rear most bracket for center console not needed
Weight saved .5lbs total
New weight 2330.75 LBS

Have you considered 3D printing any items to save weight? I think you could skeletonize your e-brake with this technique without sacrificing any functional integrity.
