I had 121k when they did mine and I had them change the spark plugs, serpentine belt, water pump and they found a few bad connectors and little things like that they changed. I gave them a budget and they stayed well under it because they didn't charge any additional labor for the things they changed. You get new oil/filter and coolant which is nice.
