I think most Toyotas have the override feature built in the interior door handle. All the Toyota vehicles I've owned recently have had this feature:
- 2011 RAV4
- 2014 Corolla
- 2016 4runner
Because I'm used to the feature, I noticed its absence right away when I first got my FR-S. Maybe it's a Subaru thing?
