I was an early adopter or this car. When the window froze in the open-door-dip position the first time around Jan 2013, I drove it over with the snow-pile still in the car and mentioned that it was not a good thing for a Canadian car.

"Nope, never seen or heard of this" was the response. Ended up there about 3 times to have it dealt with and the last time they mentioned it was "adjusted" whatever that meant. Would have been nice if Toyota had taught me how to reset the windows, but thank god for this place.

Anyways, other than a bad wind whistle, it has been good until the last few days and now that is sorted thanks to the grace of dumb luck, all is good again. Three more years to go!
