@frostyfrs, I'll tell you what I would tell my sons, you don't need two cars and you don't need a car payment.

Sell the Camry, combine it with your $6,000 and pay for your car. Then, take your "car payment" and pay yourself in a separate account each month so you have money for maintenance and ultimately this car's replacement.

If you are worried about having an 86 as a single car and driving it in the winter, this is the wrong car for you. Plenty of folks winter drive their FRS, and I wouldn't hesitate to do it if I lived in the great white North. Driving in the winter isn't about the car, its about the driver and how you've prepared yourself and the car.
