I always tell people that if I "win the lottery" I wouldn't quit my job, I'd just come to work with a whole different attitude and see how long it takes for them to let me go.
"Yes, Dr., your computer works just like everyone else's does. You're not special enough we can defy the laws of physics for you." You know, that type of thing.
I'd say it would take about 4 to 6 weeks of HR paperwork, which is about the amount of notice I'd give anyway, but much more entertaining.
