OK, I use a "heepadermic nudal" A syringe with a short piece of tubing on the end. A basting syringe with a short piece of silicone. I use a strait pin through the end of the tubing and the syringe to hold it in place. Then cut the pin off.
I use a larger syringe and tube to do the same for diff and trans. I work on old English sports cars and often it is hard to get fluid in or out.
