First of all, that's not a CarFax report. That is a vin check history report from a company that is not CarFax.
The reason that CarFax is so expensive ($40 per report vs other reports for $8 or even less) is that CarFax claims to have access to much more thorough records.
Second, the report clearly states why the car was totaled. It is mentioned as being stolen, and then also having damage to the front left.
I'm willing to bet someone was drunk, hit some something, and then ran away and reported their car stolen an hour later.
The car was sold twice at auction, about 2 months apart.
The car was purchased, fixed, and then resold at auction. Pretty simple.

Naysayers love claiming this, but I've never run into any issues having insured like 5-8 rebuilt title vehicles. It's not even something that would ever come up, unless, for some reason, they did their own VIN history check.
The only issue would be is if you're getting full coverage on the vehicle. Even then, it would likely be fine but they would use the title being rebuilt to negotiate against you.

Same.
I've even had vehicles imported from Japan (JDM) that are right hand drive. It had a 13 digit VIN or whatever. They just categorized it as a classic vehicle and insured it based on agreed upon value.
