I've had good luck using the fuel door mod for the OE gas cannister. I'm on E85 also, and my tracks allow me to run to almost E without fuel starve. Is track dependent though, and I typically still give myself some margin of safety for races.
The fuel flapper helps but it won't fix fuel starve if you run on a track with long left handers. At my local track, I get fuel starve below half a tank even with the flapper valve. I'm glad I got one but I still have to fill up after 2 sessions.
