I have decided to participate in 86cup for the first time this year and had a question about stock class, especially with the recent updates.

While I have ordered the GT Radial SX2, I still have another day on my set of 200tw Nankang NS-2Rs. I was hoping to finish those up before mounting up the new tires. Technically these would be legal under the old rules, so can I run these and still be eligible for points in stock class? The rules mention a grace period, so my thought is that would cover it, but I want to be sure.
Any help is appreciated.
