the 86 is pure at heart, a true drivers car. im not denying the a90 is great, its powerful, stylish, not too too heavy, but it still seems fake inside. i mean toyota couldnt even be bother to design it. if it had a 3jz or something crazy thatd be a different story. cant even get a manual.

is it a tuner or an exotic? im still uneasy about it.
Let's keep in mind that the development between BMW and Toyota diverged at a very early stage. I think that's also why it took so long for the thing to come out. While I do agree with you on most of your points, and would never buy one unless it was offered with a manual, I saw it 3 times on the road now, every single time it was in that gorgeous gray, and my head damn near popped off my shoulders. It's not very photogenic imo, but in that colour and in motion, it just looks amazing. There's something very irresistible about it. It does seem to lean towards the exotic side. Very similar to the way the R35 was when it came out. Super powerful, exotic, expensive. The only difference I'm able to afford the Supra and I'd never be able to afford the R35.
